Most people on the planet are tormented by an emotional condition we call “circumstantial happiness.” It is when we let the events, circumstances, or people in our lives determine our happiness or mood. This sort of upsy downsy emotional life is completely common, but it is also a completely unnecessary way to live. And, it is no way to be in a relationship with another person, especially someone you love.
How can we ever really experience enduring happiness if the common, everyday situations & people in our lives can make us feel unloved, lonely, guilty, stressed, or without value? We decided that we wanted to find a different way of being. We decided that we were going to look for a way to have enduring happiness in our relationships. We decided that we were going to find a way to love & forgive the people in our lives without needing them to “be” a certain way or “give” us certain things or “love” us according to certain rules. That is how we found Kundalini Yoga & Meditation (KYM).
KYM is the “Raj” or royal yogic science of mind, body, & spirit that creates abundance from the inside of us, so that we can be happy, loving, peaceful, & feel connected in the face of whatever life throws at us. It used to be that only royalty & the elite in India were taught KYM, but now it is available for everyone thanks to a compassionate & enlightened Master of Kundalini Yoga, named Yogi Bhajan, who taught Kundalini Yoga openly until he passed away about a decade ago.
